FAQ
in this section we will build a list of Frequently Asked Questions and general information that may answer common queries.
- What is your policy for managing costs that may arise from sending purchased products from the UK to European or International locations?
Customs Duties & Import Taxes: All orders dispatched from the UK to EU destinations and some International destinations are shipped on a DAP (Delivered At Place) basis unless otherwise stated. This means that import VAT, customs duties, and any carrier handling fees are not included in our prices and must be paid by the customer when the goods reach the destination country.
We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Failure to pay may result in delays, parcel return, or destruction by customs. Any costs arising from non‑payment are the customer’s responsibility.
Customs processing times vary and may delay delivery. These delays are outside our control.
We cannot mark orders as “gift” or undervalue goods to avoid customs charges.
Refused or unclaimed parcels returned to us will be refunded minus outbound shipping, return shipping, and any carrier fees.
